“We had a great experience with Caldwell’s. Bought a door and it was the wrong size (our fault) and even though their policy is “no returns”, they let us exchange it, no hassle. They do not deliver, so you have to arrange your own transport but the guys who work there were willing to bring it to our house in the East Bay on the side (for a steep price though!).”
