"I bought a custom door from [Caldwells] during a major renovation. The door was installed and looked great (Simpson door) Unfortunatley, due to a miscommunication on having to have all surfaces covered with paint- the door started to seperate at the seams from the weather. More cosmetic than a concern to the overall integrity of the door itself. Caldwells was thorough, quick to respond and put in a temporary door while they fixed and replaced the existing one.
